Your gift to Food Stash helps provide good, healthy food right here in Vancouver, and helps prevent food waste.
Regency Auto is raising funds for Food Stash Foundation from January 1 to March 31, 2023. Supporters who donate $50 or more can get a free ReggieFromRegency Panda Plushie as a token of the philanthropy campaign.
To redeem your plushie, simply present your donation receipt at any Regency Auto dealership or service centre.
With all the resources and hard work that goes into our food, it is much too valuable to waste! In Canada, we throw away 2.3 MILLION tons of edible food per year, even though 1 in 7 Canadians don’t have enough food to be healthy.
Each month, donors like you help us rescue about 85,000 pounds (equal to about 64,000 meals!) of healthy, surplus food - like ‘imperfect’ produce and surplus dairy products - and get it to people who need it.
Your gift helps us deliver weekly groceries to 120 households with financial challenges and chronic illnesses or disabilities, provide healthy food to 35 other charitable organizations in Vancouver, and more.
