Judy holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurship from Royal Road University and a Master Certificate in Business Analysis from the University of Victoria. She is also actively involved in the local community and has held various volunteer positions within several non-profit organizations, including the BC Centre for Ability and Pacific Immigrant Resource Society.

Judy, who is from Vancouver, enjoys outdoor activities locally and traveling abroad. In her free time, she spends time with her family and engages in recreational running.
