  • We have hosted a variety of events, including networking, presentations, movie screenings, and workshops.

  • Our fee structure is dependent on what your storage or event needs are. Since the space is shared, this enables us to keep our prices low.

  • We are at 290 E 1st Ave, a 7-minute walk from the Skytrain, centrally located just off Main Street.

    There are bay doors that allow for easy unloading, but long-term parking is limited.

  • Office space is available for rent only for use on evenings and weekends.

    Warehouse space is available for rent only on evenings and weekends.

    Storage space is available for anything that needs cold or dry storage
